What does being “fit” mean to YOU? This question is the main driving factor when it comes to personal and group training with Quick’s Fitness. All too often, fitness is forced into a specific box of skills or a specific look; performance is sacrificed for aesthetics, or health is sacrificed for the sake of short-term goals and the client is the one who suffers. Quick’s Fitness does not adhere to those practices; we offer a client-centered approach to health, fitness, and performance. 

 

Under the tutelage of Joel Quick, here at Quick’s Fitness, we use a variety of exercise tools and the latest technology in conjunction with the most recent scientific and industry research to help YOU achieve YOUR goals. Not everyone wants a bodybuilder’s physique, not everyone wants to deadlift 500-pound, and not everyone wants to be able to jump on a 30-inch box, so we tailor your workout program to help you with your specific health, wellness, fitness, or performance goals. We create SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) and constantly track and document your progress to ensure you are headed towards your fitness destination. 

 

Joel has tapped into his over 10 years of experience in personal training and exercise and his related educational background including certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Internal Fitness Association to design Quick’s Fitness. training philosophy that favors longevity over short term results. We help with weight loss, increasing strength, improving movement quality, and increasing flexibility, balance, and vitality.  We can assist you to reach your optimal fitness level, better your athletic performance, or live your best life in and out of the gym. 

 

We have trained children, adults, and seniors with a variety of fitness levels including seasoned athletes and fitness beginners. We have trained aspiring teenagers, high school teams, and competitors in sports ranging from basketball, football, lacrosse, wrestling, mixed martial arts, volleyball, soccer, NASCAR, amateur boxing, track and field, and CrossFit. We have trained corporate professionals, small business owners, and the “Average Joe” who is just starting their fitness journey. We want to train with you.
