Quick’s Fitness offers sport-specific training and development for athletes of all ages and abilities. Our year round programming addresses the athletic needs, physical demands, and injury prevention for training each athlete during pre-season, in-season, post-season, and off-season to increase sports performance in the areas of strength, power, stability, speed, conditioning, balance, mobility, flexibility and mental acuity. We combine physical training, healthy lifestyle coaching, motivational guidance, and positive mindset enrichment to develop each athlete to reach his or her fullest potential as an All Around Athlete.

1 on 1 Sports - Specific Personal Training 

Our 1 on 1 Personal Training is offered at Your Personal Best Fitness Studio in Mooresville. We provide individualized programming and attention based on each athlete’s strengths, deficits, and performance goals.

 

Our personal training includes:

  1. Free consultation and introductory workout.

  2. Evaluation of physical movement patterns: push, pull, squat, hinge, rotation, and load carry,

  3. Fitness and performance testing.

  4. Free monthly Fit3d body scanning for body composition, wellness metrics, and posture.

  5. Individualized programming with TrueCoach to plan, implement, and track your workout progression towards sports performance S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based) goals.

Virtual Sports-Specific Performance Training for Small Groups, Teams, and Sports Organizations

Let us plan, implement, and track your athletes seasonal strength and conditioning development for you via our age appropriate, sports specific virtual training sessions accessible to all of your athletes via the TrueCoach app. Your Athletes can put in the work needed to develop their athletic potential individually or as a group. Your Athlete follow along each sports-specific designed workout with easy to understand exercise instruction, exercise video demonstrations, and then input their load resustance and rep count for feedback via the app chat feature with the All Around Athlete trainers. We take the guesswork out strength and conditioning training and free up your time so you can focus on developing your athletes sports specific skills to produce gold medal results for your small group, team or sports organization.

With our mobile sports-specific training, we can be on-location at your gym, field, or performance facility to provide progressive hands on seasonal strength and conditioning for your athletes so you can focus your time and energy on developing their sports skills and team play.

OnLocation

On-location Weight Room and Training Facility Management and Supervision

Similarly to our Virtual Sports-Specific Performance training we provide your athletes with virtual training programs, as well as, being on site at your weight room or training facility to supervise, motive and manage your athletes while they complete their virtual training programs. We offer a budget friendly option to having a strength and conditioning coach on staff.
